Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions (unless the context otherwise requires):

Consumer means an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual's trade, business, craft or profession;

Contract means any contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods made between you and bargain space users;

Goods means the products, articles or things to be supplied by us to you;

Return of Goods means the policy detailed in the delivery and return area that deals with the delivery and return of Goods by you to the seller;

you means the Consumer that places an order with any of the Bargain Space seller and “your” shall be construed accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions, and any Contract, are only in the English Language

Information about us

The Website is owned and operated by Bargain Space and our contact details are as in the contact area. All sellers contacts are found on their individual stores /stalls.

In placing an order with any bargain-space.com seller, you confirm that:

(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

(b) you are at least 18 years old;

(d) you are accessing the Website from within the Territory required for which business can be conducted.
